Ah, the long, eventful week of fall break is now over.
Enough sentimentality. Let's get down to business.
Enough sentimentality. Let's get down to business.
Just as the number of leaves on the trees ceases to be greater than the number on the ground, so is the amount of time I have left to waste eclipsed by the time that should be spent on homework before the night is over.
Read that over if you want; it does make sense. This week, I've done about as much as I hoped to. I spent loads of time optimizimg my computer's comfiguration and playing Freespace 2 Open (the modified version of the open-source game), but I also got a reasonable amount done on my Personal Project. I watched numerous movies, for research purposes as well as entertainment (For my project, I'm composing, performing and and compiling the soundtrack for a movie) and had a meeting with Fabian, my moviemaking project partner.
There were a number of specific, interesting events during the week as well.
Today, I went to a really neat science museum, called Tom Tits Experiment, with two friends. Though it was my third visit to the museum, I am still surprised by the number of interesting hands-on exhibits that are used to fill the four-story building and its surrounding acre or so of land. Of all of the countries I have seen, it seems that Sweden is the only one in which such a display could go unvandalized.
I've got to go--school tommorow.
